Visual Time Overlap

A color-coded 24-hour grid shows business hours, early/late windows, and off-hours for every city at a glance.

Smart Best Time

Scores each slot per participant based on their preferred hours, then picks the time where the worst individual score is as high as possible. No one gets silently squeezed into a midnight slot.

Name Your Time Zones

Label each city with a person or team name, like "Sarah · London", so everyone knows who's where at a glance.

Calendar Export

One click to add the meeting to Google Calendar, Outlook, or download an ICS file for Apple Calendar.

DST Warnings

Automatically detects daylight saving time transitions for every city so you never get caught out by a clock change on meeting day.

Propose Multiple Times

Add several candidate meeting times and see how each one lands across all time zones at a glance, making it easy to pick the best option.

Duration Picker

Set your meeting length to 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. The grid and calendar exports use this to show the full time block.

Share Instantly

Send the selected time via WhatsApp, email, or a shareable link that restores all your settings.

Custom Work Hours

Set individual working hour ranges per city so the grid reflects each person's actual availability, not a one-size-fits-all window.

Presets & Reorder

Save your favourite city combos as presets and drag to reorder. Your home timezone always leads.

Frequently Asked Questions

Add each participant's city using the location search, then look at the color-coded grid. Green cells are standard business hours, amber is early or late, and red is outside working hours. The tool scores every time slot per participant based on their preferred hours and uses a fairness-first approach: it finds the slot where the lowest individual score is as high as possible, so no one person takes an unreasonably bad slot just to improve the average. Individual comfort scores (e.g. "Sydney 100% / Toronto 45%") are shown in the best-time bar and in the slot summary.
Yes. Once you select a time slot, use the Share button to send via WhatsApp, email, or copy a shareable link. The link restores all your cities, labels, date, and selected time so recipients see exactly the same view you do.
Select a meeting time on the grid, then click the calendar export button. You can add it directly to Google Calendar or Outlook via a web link, or download an ICS file that works with Apple Calendar and any other calendar app that supports the standard format.
Yes. The tool checks daylight saving time transitions for every city you add. If a DST change falls on or near your selected meeting date, it shows a warning so you know the offset will shift and can adjust your plans accordingly.
Yes. Use the Presets feature to save your favourite city combinations. Name each preset after your team or project, then load it in one click next time. You can also drag to reorder cities and set custom working hours per location to match each person's actual schedule.
